Shipping costs are calculated directly according to the content of the products in the cart and according to various parameters such as weight, destination, volumetric weight, etc.
As a common rule, orders are prepared within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. However, certain products may have specific conditions, which will be reported in the product file itself.
Delivery of orders
A physical delivery address is required for all shipments. Whether it is your home, your place of work or any other destination that you want to indicate to us so that we can leave your order. That is, as long as there is a person who is responsible for receiving it and considering that the carrier is only obliged to deliver at street level. Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.
On the other hand, if you consider that you will only be at the place of delivery during a certain time, please inform us in advance, or contact the transport company directly to arrange the appropriate time for it.
The delivery of orders in general must be able to be carried out in the first delivery attempt. Excess delay in delivery, which implies deterioration or loss of the product as a result of not being able to deliver on time, is your responsibility.
Your order will be sent through Envialia or GLS. Please note that shipping only offers an estimated delivery date, usually between 24 and 48 hours. Shipping does not guarantee a delivery time on a certain date.
You can also request a specific later delivery date, indicating it in the "Notes of your order ..." section that you will find on the "Complete Purchase" page. We will try to adapt to your needs or we will inform you regarding other possible alternatives.
If for any reason, we are unable to meet the service time, we will contact you as soon as possible to consider other options. You must take into account possible delays due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, states of alarm or other exceptional circumstances. These situations are considered out of our control and are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.
If your order arrives returned to us, we will issue you a credit in our store for the purchase price of the items you have purchased, discounting the initial shipping costs of your order (even if your order had free shipping costs). From that point on, you can choose to use that credit immediately, or save it for your future purchasing needs at Kosmetikane.
