Kosmetikane is made up of a young team, professional dog groomers and dog lovers. Our goal is to offer the best products on the market for bathing and caring for the skin and hair of the dog. Willing to listen and advise our clients from the experience and knowledge of the product.

If upon receiving your order you find that the package has a blow or defect, indicate on the delivery note that you have received it in poor condition. If the breakage is evident, you can refuse the shipment.
If any of the products arrive damaged, contact us and we will take care of replacing them immediately, at no additional cost to you. The maximum period for making claims is 5 business days from delivery.
Kosmetikane does not refund the amount of the shipment in case of delay or non-compliance of the courier company.
In case you want to return an order, you just have to contact us by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will carry out the corresponding checks, we will receive the product and if everything is correct, the replacement product will be sent to you or the amount corresponding to the returned product will be paid to you.
Any order may be canceled or modified if it has not yet left our warehouse. You can make the cancellation or modification until 7:30 p.m. on the same day the order is placed, provided that it has been made before 7:00 p.m.
In the event that the cancellation or modification is made within the established time limits, you will not have any expense. Otherwise, you will have to take care of the shipping costs, both shipping and return.

If you are already registered in Kosmetikane, you just have to click on the link 'Login' from the top right of the page. For this you will have to enter your email address and your password.
If you are a private user and you are not registered, you just have to follow the normal purchase process. In the ‘Checkout’ section, within the ‘Billing information’, you must enter the email address and password with which you want to register once you place your first order in Kosmetikane.
If you are a professional user and you are not registered as a professional client in Kosmetikane, you only have to access our Professional registration and complete the form that you will find in it. Once your data has been verified by our team, you will receive a welcome email with your access data to the Kosmetikane Professional Clients Area.
To recover the password of your account in Kosmetikane, you just have to click on the link 'Login‘ de la parte superior derecha de la página.
